2. How does the REALO (Certified Loan Originator) certification work?
Our REALO certification is a unique opportunity for realtors to become Certified Loan Originators through our MOCC6 training program. Once certified, you’ll have the ability to handle both the real estate and the loan sides of transactions, effectively doubling your earning potential (you can earn commission on the home sale and the mortgage). You’ll automatically be aligned with one of our lending partners and paired with an experienced Lead Loan Originator (LLO). The LLO will act as the lead Loan Officer, handling all the complex tasks from the initial loan application to closing. Think of the LLO as both your teammate and mentor – they do the heavy lifting on the loan so you can earn extra income effortlessly, and they guide you through the process. 4. What are the different membership levels available?
We offer four membership levels (G1 through G4), each tailored to a different stage of your growth. As you progress from G1 up to G4, you get everything in the previous level plus additional game-changing benefits:

 

• G1: Foundation Builder – Your First Step to Freedom. This entry-level (Growth Level One) is perfect for new agents or those ready to try something different. It sets you up with the essentials: your AI Dream Team is configured for you, and you get access to the REIGN Amplify Network (our referral program for earning commissions when you refer other agents). G1 members also receive an annual co-marketing budget (around $3,000) provided and optimized by AI to help boost your marketing. In short, G1 gives you the core tools and support to start transforming from agent to iCEO, including initial training and access to industry events and marketing tools to build your foundation.

You’ll have substantial financial backing to invest in listing projects (e.g. renovations, staging, marketing) without digging into your own pocket. G4 essentially gives you venture-capital-like support to outcompete anyone in your area. Additionally, G4 members often receive extra perks like higher referral commissions and exclusive training/networking opportunities (since you’re operating at the highest level). 5. How much does membership cost?
Our membership is surprisingly affordable given the value provided. Prices range from $58.88/month up to $398.88/month depending on the growth level (G1 through G4). Specifically, G1 is $58.88, G2 is $158.88, G3 is $258.88, and G4 is $398.88 per month. We know committing to a program can be a big decision, so we offer a 30 to 60-day free trial on our most popular plan (G3). This lets you experience REIGN risk-free for two months before fully committing. On top of that, remember that if you’re in G3 or G4, you receive a guaranteed stipend that can fully offset your membership fee. That means at those levels, your net cost can be $0 (the stipend covers it). We’ve structured it this way to eliminate financial worry – you can focus on using the tools and growing your business, while we and our partners help cover the costs. In summary, membership is designed to pay for itself (and then some), whether through the extra deals you’ll close or the stipend at higher tiers. It’s an investment in yourself that comes with built-in financial support.

6. Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes – for the most part, we offer flexibility. If you’re on a G1, G2, or G3 plan, you can cancel anytime with no long-term commitment. We want you to stay with REIGN because you love it, not because you’re locked into a contract. For G4 (Market Mogul) members, we do ask for a 12-month minimum commitment. That’s because G4 involves significant up-front investments in your business (like funding for listings, etc.), so we want to ensure those resources are used for serious long-term growth. After those 12 months, you can also cancel anytime or even step down a level if needed. But again, for G1–G3, you have complete freedom to cancel whenever – no strings attached. We’ve made our cancellation policy hassle-free: if you need to leave, there are no penalties or complicated hoops to jump through. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it. (Of course, we’ll be sad to see you go, and we’re always open to discussing solutions if something isn’t working for you!)

REALO Certification & LLO Mentorship

7. What exactly is the REALO certification?
The REALO certification is what transforms you from a traditional realtor into an Intelligent Loan Originator on top of being a real estate agent. “REALO” stands for Real Estate Associate Loan Officer, meaning upon certification you are legally and professionally able to originate loans. We train you through our comprehensive MOCC6 course – a step-by-step program that teaches you everything you need to know to handle the mortgage side of transactions. Once you pass the certification, you essentially become a hybrid professional: you can guide clients through buying or selling a home and help them with the mortgage. The benefit is huge – you can earn a commission on the real estate sale and another commission on the loan (since you’re a loan originator on the deal). This dual capability not only maximizes your income per client, but also makes you a more valuable advisor to your clients (you can offer a one-stop solution). It’s important to note you won’t be going it alone after you certify – we immediately connect you with an experienced LLO mentor (see next question) so you’re supported as you start originating loans. But in a nutshell, REALO certification is the program that unlocks the “two-income stream” agent model – a core part of becoming an iCEO with REIGN.

8. How will I be paired with an LLO, and what support will I get?
Once you complete your REALO certification, we’ve got your back. We will pair you with a seasoned Lead Loan Originator (LLO) from our network of lending partners. This isn’t a random assignment – we match you with someone who understands your market and has a track record of helping new loan originators succeed. Your LLO will initially step in as the Active Lead Loan Officer on any loans you originate. In practice, this means they will perform all the required duties to carry the loan from the initial application through to closing (handling underwriting, processing, paperwork – all the technical heavy lifting). Why do we do this? So that you start earning extra income immediately without being overwhelmed by the complexity of the loan process. Essentially, your LLO helps you plug into the loan side smoothly.

But it’s not just about doing the work for you – your LLO is also a mentor. They will guide you through each step, explain what’s happening, and coach you on how to speak to clients about mortgages. Over time, if you want to take on more of the loan duties yourself, your LLO will make sure you’re learning and gaining confidence. If you prefer to remain hands-off with loans, that’s okay too – you can continue to focus on real estate while the LLO handles the loan tasks (and you still get your share of the commission). This collaborative partnership is designed to help you grow your income effortlessly while ensuring your clients get seamless service on the financing side. Many of our members say their LLO became a trusted friend and advisor. You’ll have regular check-ins, and you can reach out to your LLO any time you have questions or need help structuring a deal. In short, after REALO certification, you’re never on your own – you have an expert co-pilot for all your loan deals, until you’re ready to solo (and even then, we’re still here for you).

Seller Renovation Fund (SRF) & Capital for Winning Listings (CWL)

9. What is the Seller Renovation Fund (SRF), and how does it work?
The Seller Renovation Fund (SRF) is an industry-first program that empowers you to offer something extremely compelling to home sellers: the ability to renovate their home with no upfront costs. Here’s how it works: REIGN, through our partners, provides funds to your seller clients for pre-sale renovations or improvements that can increase the home’s value (for example, updating a kitchen, painting, or landscaping to boost curb appeal). The key is that the seller doesn’t pay anything out of pocket initially – the costs are fronted by the fund. This removes a huge barrier, because many sellers might not have the cash or be willing to invest in renovations before selling. With SRF, you can say, “Go ahead and make those improvements – it’ll help sell your home faster and for a higher price, and you won’t have to pay until closing.” The funds are recouped later (usually at closing, from the sale proceeds).

The SRF program is fully integrated into REIGN’s system, so the process is smooth – you request the funds for your client’s project, we approve and manage the disbursement, and then at closing the costs are settled. 10. How does the Capital for Winning Listings (CWL) program help me secure more listings?
The Capital for Winning Listings (CWL) program is like having an extra ace up your sleeve when you’re vying for a high-value or competitive listing. In competitive markets, securing a premium listing (like a luxury home or a strategic property) often requires investing in marketing or other costs – for example, you might want to do an upscale staging, a high-end video tour, or targeted advertising. These things cost money, and not every agent is willing or able to spend big on a listing they haven’t gotten yet. CWL solves this by providing 50% matching funds for the capital you need to win those premium listings.

Here’s how you use it: Let’s say you identify that to win a particular listing, you’d like to propose $5,000 in marketing, staging, or minor improvements. With CWL, REIGN would match half of that budget (in this example, $2,500), so you only have to commit the other $2,500. This shows the seller you’re serious and have skin in the game, but it also softens the financial burden on you by half. Knowing that REIGN will match your investment up to a certain amount gives you confidence to go after big opportunities you might otherwise shy away from. It’s important to note, like with SRF, these funds are managed in a way to be recouped – often as part of the commission structure or other arrangements at closing, so it’s not just an out-of-pocket loss.

The effect of CWL is that you can consistently pitch bold plans to sellers: you can say “my team (REIGN) and I will invest alongside you to ensure your property gets the royal treatment and sells at top dollar.” Most agents can’t make that promise. As a result, you’ll secure more high-end listings because you can compete not just on your personal merit, but with the backing of tangible financial support and programs from REIGN. Over time, winning these listings builds your reputation as the go-to market mogul in your area (hence the name of our G4 tier). Stipend & Financial Support

11. How does the built-in monthly stipend work?
The built-in monthly stipend is one of the most reassuring benefits of REIGN at the higher membership levels (G3 and G4). If you’re a member at G3 or G4, you won’t just be a member. If you opt into the REALO certification program, you’ll also be onboarded as an employed team member with one of our lending partners, which is how the stipend is provided. In practice, this means you receive a reliable paycheck every month that equals your membership fee (or more). The stipend is deposited into your account monthly, essentially offsetting or completely covering the cost of your REIGN membership. It’s our way of ensuring that you can focus 100% on using the platform to grow your business without stressing over the monthly fee.

For example, if your membership is $258.88/month (the G3 level), the stipend from the lending partner will be around that amount each month. The arrangement is possible because as a certified REALO, you’re effectively an affiliate of the lending partner – they value having you in their network, so they compensate you (and we direct those funds to cover your REIGN membership). There are no special conditions you have to meet each month to get it; it’s guaranteed as long as you maintain your membership and any minimal requirements of that employment (which is generally just keeping your REALO status active). From your perspective, it might simply feel like “free membership.”

The goal here is peace of mind. We know building up your transactions can take a couple of months, and we never want you to feel financial pressure.
