2. How does the REALO (Certified Loan Originator) certification work?

 

Our REALO certification is a unique opportunity for realtors to become Certified Loan Originators (REALO) through our MOCC6 training program. Once certified, you’ll have the ability to handle both the real estate and loan sides of transactions, doubling your earning potential. You’ll automatically become aligned with one of our lending partners, and you’ll be paired with an experienced Lead Loan Originator (LLO) who will assume the role of the Lead Loan Officer and perform all required duties necessary to carry the loan from the initial application to closing.  Also, your assigned LLO can act as your mentor and support you throughout the process.

 

3. What makes REIGN different from other platforms?

4. What are the different membership levels available?

 

We offer four membership levels tailored to meet your needs:

 

            •          G1 (Growth Level One): Perfect for kickstarting your growth, with access to industry events and co-branded marketing tools.

            •          G2 (Growth Level Two): Amplify your impact with active home-buyer leads and a dedicated REIGN success coach.

            •          G3 (Growth Level Three): Includes everything in G1 and G2, plus the REALO certification and guaranteed monthly stipend.

            •          G4 (Growth Level Four): Our most comprehensive plan, providing access to our Renovation Lending Program and Capital for Winning Listings.

 

Each level is designed to build on the last, offering increasing opportunities and resources as you grow.

 

5. How much does membership cost?

 

Membership prices range from $58.88/month to $398.88/month, depending on your chosen growth level. We also offer a 60-day free trial on our most popular plan (G3), giving you the chance to explore the platform risk-free. Plus, with the guaranteed stipend for members in G3 and G4, your membership cost can be completely covered.

 

6. Can I cancel my membership at any time?

 

Yes! You can cancel your membership anytime for G1, G2, and G3 plans. G4 requires a 12-month minimum to unlock the full benefits, but there’s no long-term commitment for the other tiers.

 

REALO Certification & LLO Mentorship

 

7. What exactly is the REALO certification?

 

The REALO certification transforms you from a traditional realtor into a Certified Loan Originator through our MOCC6 course. This allows you to handle both real estate transactions and loan origination, maximizing your earnings. After becoming certified, you’ll be paired with a Lead Loan Originator (LLO) to help you succeed in your new role.

 

8. How will I be paired with an LLO, and what support will I get?

 

Once you complete your REALO certification, we’ll pair you with an experienced Lead Loan Originator (LLO). Your Lead Loan Originator (LLO) will initially assume the Active Lead Loan Officer role and perform all required steps/duties necessary to carry the loan from the initial application to closing.  This LLO active role opens up a new effortless income stream while offering seamless service to your clients. Your LLO can and will also provide hands-on mentorship, guiding you through loan processes, helping you tackle difficult deals, and ensuring that, if you desire, you’re set up for success as a Loan Officer. It’s a collaborative partnership designed to help you grow your income effortlessly.

 

Seller Renovation Fund (SRF) & Capital for Winning Listings (CWL)

 

9. What is the Seller Renovation Fund (SRF), and how does it work?

 

The Seller Renovation Fund (SRF) is an industry-first program that allows you to help sellers renovate their homes without upfront costs. You can offer your clients access to renovation funds that boost their home’s value, making it easier to win listings and sell homes faster.

 

10. How does the Capital for Winning Listings (CWL) program help me secure more listings?

 

The CWL program provides you with 50% matching funds for the capital you need to win bids on premium listings. Whether it’s a competitive bidding war or an expensive project, CWL ensures that you’re always in a strong financial position to secure high-value listings. This program gives you a critical edge in the market.

 

Stipend & Financial Support

 

11. How does the Built-In monthly stipend work?

 

If you’re a member at G3 or G4 levels, you’ll be employed by one of our valued lending partners and receive a built-in monthly stipend that offsets/covers your entire membership cost. This means you can focus on growing your business, knowing that REIGN has your back financially. The stipend is automatically applied to your account each month, so your membership essentially pays for itself!

 

12. What happens if I don’t generate income right away?

 

That’s okay! With the stipend offsetting your membership fees, you have the flexibility and time to ramp up your business without worrying about out-of-pocket costs. Plus, with the support of our tools, training, and LLO mentorship, you’ll be positioned to start earning quickly.
