R.E.I.G.N. Cancellation Policy

 

At R.E.I.G.N., we value your membership and are committed to providing you with top-notch services and benefits. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your membership. Below, we outline our simple cancellation process based on your membership tier.

1. Cancellation Policy for G1, G2, and G3 Members

Our G1, G2, and G3 memberships operate monthly, allowing flexibility and peace of mind.

•    No Contracts, Cancel Anytime: These memberships are not bound by long-term contracts, and you can cancel at any time.
•    30-Day Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel your membership, please notify the R.E.I.G.N. Membership Department at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. This notice period ensures we have time to process your request and prevent any further charges.
•    No Cancellation Fees or Refunds: We do not charge any cancellation fees or issue refunds for previous payments. Your cancellation will simply take effect at the end of the notice period, and you will not be billed moving forward.

2. Cancellation Policy for G4 Members

The G4 membership is a premier option that requires a minimum commitment of 12 months.

•    12-Month Commitment: As a G4 member, you agree to a 12-month membership commitment upon signing up.
•    Auto-Renewal: After the initial 12 months, your G4 membership will automatically renew for another 12 months unless you provide notice to cancel.
•    30-Day Cancellation Notice: To cancel your G4 membership after the initial 12 months, you must provide at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date. This allows us to process your cancellation in time to avoid future charges.
•    No Early Termination: G4 members are committed to the full 12-month period. Cancellation requests made before the end of the initial 12-month term will not be honored until the term is complete.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your membership, please contact our Membership Department by email or phone. Be sure to include your name, membership number, and your request to cancel.

4. After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is processed:

•    G1, G2, G3 Members: Your account will become inactive at the end of the 30-day notice period, and you will not be billed further.
•    G4 Members: Your membership will continue until the end of your current 12-month term (or the end of the next billing cycle if you’re canceling after the initial term). After cancellation, your account will become inactive, and no additional charges will be applied.
